CV3 Architectural PC – Commercial Projects Update

Existing Bowling Center

Existing Bowling Center

CV3 Architectural PC is pleased to update our followers on its commercial projects.

We are currently working with several commercial clients. Projects include hair salons, bowling centers, office build-outs, a karate studio and an oral surgery center to list just a few. Pictured below is an example of a façade makeover underway for a local popular bowling center (existing photo to the left). By clicking on the proposed image, you can view an animation of the same facility. Computer modeling, such as this, has played a significant role in allowing us to realize our clients’ ideas.

Our approach to each project is based on good communication and a common vision with our clients. Of course each project is unique and can have a multitude of variables that affect the final design. We enjoy cultivating our clients’ ideas in connection with the variables to arrive at satisfying solutions.

CV3 Architectural PC is proud to bring 30 years of commercial experience to every project we design. Recently we added LEED Certification and experience to our list of credentials. We would be happy to meet with you and determine how we can assist with your next commercial project.

Residential Computer Modeling and Animation

CV3 Architectural PC is very pleased to offer a new range of services to its residential clients. Computer modeling and animation is a very effective way to visualize a project and select features that will enhance the final design.

Until now, these services were more expensive and therefore typically used on commercial projects. Using State-of-the-art software and techniques, we have refined our process so that we can offer these services more cost effectively. From interior to exterior; stills to animation; material selection to spacial analysis we look forward to using this comprehensive tool to assist you with your residential project.
